The main changes implemented since the last version are as follows:
PM compatibility: 1.29.0
New features:
- New device type ASC 150 Solar added, supporting both single controller and PMS applications.
- Added a pop-up before changing controller type to inform the user that everything is being reset.
- GENSET: Added I/O setup menu for configuring internal and external I/O (CIO), including multi inputs and CIO-308 from display.
- HYBRID: Support for SolarEdge PPC PV protocol added.
- STORAGE: Support for DEIF MIB8000 power meter added.
- STORAGE: Support for Eastron Smart X96 power meter added.
- STORAGE: Support for EPC Power PCS protocol added.
- STORAGE: Added Jinko PCS protocol.
- STORAGE: Parameter 2810 added to the ASC-4 Battery. This can be used to configure a timeout period after the last transmitted heartbeat signal before the PCS activates an error (only for supported ESS protocols).
- STORAGE: Parameters 2805 & 2806 have been added to support a user-adjustable offset to the droop curves used for delta frequency and delta voltage calculation when a genset or mains is connected.
- STORAGE: When the S10 option is disabled and a user tries to change the controller type to ASC 150 storage, a pop-up is shown on the display to tell the user that the S10 option is disabled.
- STORAGE: Added BMSer Technology BMS protocol.
- STORAGE: Added Narada w Ctrl BMS protocol.
- STORAGE: Support for Dynapower CPS-1500 PCS protocol added.
- EIC: Added FPT Stage V Turbo heat protection M-Logic event.
- EIC: Added Scania S8 safe regeneration signal M-Logic output
- EIC: Added safe regeneration status M-Logic event.
- EIC: Added support of Caterpillar ADEM6.
- EIC: Updated Iveco Stage V with new alarms, M-Logic events and symbol handling.
- EIC: Added a new view to check the status of a regeneration request from the ECU. Added new M-Logic events to Deutz EMR5 Stage V.
- EIC: Added new view for engine icons. Added new icons for FPT Stage V.
- STORAGE: Support for Ausar MAE version A04. ESS protocol added.
- STORAGE: Added new M-Logic output and event to give the user the option to manually activate boost charging in supported systems.
- STORAGE: Parameters 17201, 17202 and 17203 have been added to set a PDS spinning reserve value. This sets the percentage of the produced PDS power which should be reserved locally as extra available battery discharge capacity.
- HYBRID: Support for using M-Logic for handling external GB, ESB and PVB added.
- PLC-controlled PMS. When in auto mode and this mode is activated using M-Logic, a user can control the controller using a PLC (for example, digital inputs).
- TEM analog transducer output added in menu 5750.
- STORAGE: Added SICON PCS protocol.
- EIC: Added support of Kohler KDI 3404 Stage V.
- Added a new small text version of the synchroniser view.
- STORAGE: Added support for Gold BMS protocol.
Changes:
- HYBRID: Updated Huawei V.3 PV Protocol to send a start/stop command to the inverter based on the controller status.
- Improved texts to PID regulator: Kp (Gain), Ti (Stability), Td (Derivative).
- M-Logic event for "CBE excitation start level (rpm) reached" added.
- M-Logic event for Load Dependent Start/Stop 2 ON/OFF status added.
- M-Logic command for Load Dependent Start/Stop 2 ON/OFF control added.
- Averaged P and Q (introduced in version 1.14.0) can now be used for load sharing (menu 9267).
- STORAGE: Sungrow LC100 Utility LFP and STxxxCP50-HV ESS protocols will now use delta frequency and voltage regulation when operating in VSG on-grid mode.
- Translations: Two languages were removed, and texts per translation (languages) were increased.
- EIC: Added a new text on the Aftertreatment viewline when the ECU is not connected or responding.
- EIC: Inhibit DM1 lamp alarm if engine is not running and no valid SPN is available.
Corrections:
- STORAGE: Corrected the issue where multiple batteries operating in island with PVs make the PVs overproduce power compared to what the batteries were asked to charge.
- The power ramp module initiates its ramp faster.
- AGC 150 renamed text "EIC configuration" to "ECU configuration".
- AGC 150 EIC configuration moved from GOVC to Engine subfolder in USW and display.
- MAINS unit power measured with open MB no longer added to available power in DG.
- Hz/V OK alarm timer (4560) no longer started in CBE, when cooldown is active, and excitation is removed.
- STORAGE: Corrected Modbus issue with DEIF MIC 4000 power meter protocol.
- EIC: LiveLink is now working when used with PSI.
- STORAGE: Corrected issue where parameter 2741 for delaying regulation after start signal did not work for charging set points.
- Change of breaker feedback is remembered after a power cycle.
- Corrected issue where specific PV spinning reserve values in a plant with a battery and DGs could cause genset start/stop looping.
- Corrected issues where PV spinning reserve values in a plant with a battery, PV, Mains and DGs would not start and stop the gensets at the correct available power.
- STORAGE: ASC 150 Storage was able to close the MB with an unsupported application alarm active.
- Busbar emulation improved.
- STORAGE: Corrected issue where a battery still would try to charge fully from a PV which was deloading to stop.
- Mains failure hysteresis is now respected if one of the OK timers is running at the same time as the OK condition is reached.
- HYBRID: It is now possible to choose P & Q measurement values from Modbus communication when in emulation.
- Measurements P-L2, S-L1, S-L2, S-L3 readout in display scaled correctly.
- TB remains closed even though a PV is the only power source connected to the busbar.
- STORAGE: Corrected the calculation of frequency set point for ESB sync and MB back sync.
- STORAGE: Corrected issue where a battery would stop in a PMS auto application if the internal mode of the ASC was set to "No dispatch" instead of only offloading when other voltage sources were connected to the busbar.
